 OFFICERS AND DIRECTORS

 - Brent Brewer  - Chief Officer, DIrector

Mr. Brewer brings more than 20 years of management experience with a proven combination of Marine Corps Officer leadership as a Major and enterprise executive management. In the commercial sector, Mr. Brewer has held leadership roles focused on technology transfer, sales strategies, new business development, and organizational alignment. He has held executive positions with publicly-traded software companies, such as StarBase Corporation and Fujitsu-Glovia. He also has experience with large venture-backed, early stage companies. From 2004-2007, Mr. Brewer was the Director of Sales for Novesedge Inc. , a technology company in Austin, TX.  In 2007, he culminated more than10 years of research in the energy field to form Brewer Energy Corporation, a renewable energy development company, and subsequently formed Brewer Joshua Tree Wind Farm. He earned a B.S. from the Ohio State University, a Certification from the Naval Post Graduate School in Monterey, CA and an M.B.A. from the University of Irvine.

 - Virginia Cha - Board Member

Ms. Cha is currently pursuing PhD studies in Innovation at the National University of Singapore after four years of leading her own investment business in China. Presently, she is Chairperson of her own investment holding company with science park development projects in China. Concurrently, she is spearheading the Institute of Systems Science ( a NUS post graduate teaching institute) initiatives in management research. From 1997 to 2003, she sucessfully led two startup companies in Singapore and China and integrated them into public-listed companies when she was the co-founder/CEO of Singapore-based Star+Globe Technologies Pte Ltd and Executive Vice President for Hong Kong-based CyberCity Holdings. At the time she was also CEO of the 8th Network Corporation, a CyberCity investment firm in Beijing. In 1995-1997 she was at the Institute of Systems Science where she headed the venture-funded technology spin-off model. She started her career in 1980 in the U.S. as an Assistant Systems Programmer in the Operating Systems Department at Unisys ( then Burroughs Corporation), with appointments in various positions, ending 15 years later with the position of Director, Advanced Technology, reporting to the Chief Technology Officer.

- Steven Byle - Board Member 

Mr. Byle, 41, brings 20 years of experience and technology development in the energy industry to American Environmental Energy. Mr. Byle is a successful entrepreneur, engineer, and patent attorney. He holds a J.D. degree in law from the University of Texas School of Law with Honors, specializing in Intellectual Property Law, and a B.S. degree in engineering from the University of Michigan, School of Engineering with Highest Honors. Mr. Byle has a track record in domestic and international business and is presently the Vice President of Technology for Dockwise, an energy services and transportation company in the offshore oil market with annual revenues of nearly US $500 million. Mr. Byle is also a member of the board of a diverse group of companies, including Proteonomix, a stem cell research company and Core Rubber Resources, an international manufacturing and distribution company.
