Best Available Technology

The AEEI Renewable Energy Park architecture is open to and readily adopts the best available technology and practices on a case-by-case and region-by-region basis.  For instance, a high temperature fuel cell may be the perfect technology in Los Angeles to consume bio-methane. The same fuel in Zambia may be more appropriately converted to power using a Jenbacher internal combustion engine from GE. The main determining factor is: what source stocks are available ie: wind, solar, tires, waste, etc, and what are the requirements of the community the Renewable Energy Park serves?

Because of the explosive growth within the renewable energy sector, a significant amount of research and development is happening resulting in new and exciting technologies being developed. AEEI is committed to utilizing its subsidiaries to evaluate, test and ultimately commercialize emerging technologies.
