AEEI is in ongoing negotiations for agreements with clients for ERPA (Emissions Reduction Purchase Agreement) contracts for a 50 megawatt wind turbine farm.  This project is conservatively estimated to produce 52,000 ERUs (Emission
Reduction Units) annually.

turbine farm. This project is conservatively estimated to produce 4,333 ERUs (Emission Reduction
Units) annually for a period of 7 years.
